QuickBooks Milestone for Seamless Integration of Operations and Finance
TORONTO - June 10, 2009: Nulogy, the leading provider of turnkey solutions for contract packaging supply-chains, announced today that it has reached another major milestone in the evolution of its PackManagerTM service. Now available in wide release, PackManager's new financial integration can provide hundreds of hours in time savings and significant improvements in accuracy.
The first accounting package to be supported by PackManager’s financial integration interface will be Intuit’s QuickBooks solution, which has a 94% share of retail units in the business accounting market. Together, these market-leading solutions will enable customers to accurately leverage operational data to drive key financial activities such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory costing.
QuickBooks support became available in the first quarter of 2009. This is the first full integration to utilize PackManager's Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA), which makes it easier and faster to develop interfaces to other enterprise applications. This framework will help increase efficiency and cost savings by reducing data entry and errors, and enabling faster and better decision-making both up-stream and down-stream in the multi-enterprise supply chains common to contract packaging.
