Prior to Nulogy, production and scheduling at BCI Packaging was handled by time-consuming, paper-based processes and manually-updated spreadsheets. BCI wanted a more sophisticated platform to drive efficiency and business growth, and to ease quality-related protocols.

RESULTS:

BCI Packaging implemented Nulogy’s Operational Solution, replacing its spreadsheets and manual-based processes, resulting in:

· Increased revenues by 170% since implementing Nulogy in 2015.
· Reduced accounts receivable balances over 90 days from 5% to 0.5% today—a 90% improvement rate.
· A major customer service win by using Nulogy to respond to a batch recall by one of its largest customers within 3 hours.
