Nulogy Recognized as a Best Work Place in Canada™

Toronto, ON—April 26, 2018—Nulogy, a leading provider of agile supply chain solutions to CPG companies and their external supplier networks, is being recognized as one of this year’s Best Workplaces™ in Canada.

This is the fourth culture award Nulogy has received in five months. This year, Nulogy has also been awarded the Best Workplaces for Inclusion in Canada and the Best Workplace For Women by the Great Place to Work Institute®, and was recognized as Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Culture by Waterstone Human Capital in late 2017.

The Best Workplaces™ in Canada award is based on employee feedback from over 400 registrations and over 80,000 employee participants in Great Place to Work Institute®’s 2018 survey. The complete list and related stories will appear in a Special National Report on Thursday, April 27, 2018, in The Globe and Mail.

Nulogy’s focus on providing software solutions to the most complex problems in the supply chain industry has allowed it to attract employees from some of the world’s leading companies such as Microsoft, Nvidia, and PepsiCo. Nulogy’s diverse executive leadership is 45% female and supports building Nulogy’s strong culture with a variety of initiatives, a few of which include:

  • A $3000/year learning and education stipend per employee

Nulogy has doubled its headcount since 2015. This year, the company broadened its sights towards the international market while maintaining a steady hiring growth to meet the demands of its ambitious business goals.

“A company’s most important asset is its people,” said Jason Tham, co-founder, and CEO, Nulogy. “We have big plans, and we know that in today’s highly competitive job market, talented people can work anywhere. Our culture is a crucial part of Nulogy’s success, and this award validates that our focus on providing a diverse, inclusive, and fulfilling place to work is bearing fruit.
