Manual processes and no view of profitability
Operational workflows at CEVA’s Turkey sites relied on manual, paper-based processes that were time-consuming and created inefficiencies on the shop floor.
Manual data entry also left blind spots in profitability and production performance tracking. Key data was late or inaccessible, which held back continuous improvement.
CEVA on working with Nulogy
Implementing Nulogy was an important step in our digitalization strategy. Transferring operational data from physical forms to digital media required a lot of labor, and in [this] field alone, significant savings were achieved.
Outcomes
Within 12 months, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, all four Turkey sites were live on Nulogy and performing better.

All four sites improved their performance within 12 months of going live on Shop Floor, with the best-performing site raising its performance metrics by 10%.
