Eric Graham is the Chief Financial Officer of Nulogy, where he partners with the leadership team to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. He brings a passion for working with innovative, fast-paced, growing companies and excels at helping businesses make better decisions, building high-performing teams, and setting strategies for success.

With a career spanning high-growth technology companies with global operations, Eric has led numerous corporate initiatives including Initial Public Offerings, debt financings, large acquisitions, and divestitures. His experience positions him as more than a traditional finance executive; he is a trusted strategic partner who looks beyond the numbers to unlock business potential.

Eric has built and led teams from 15 to over 100 professionals across finance, information technology, human resources, compliance, and administration fostering high-performance cultures.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Eric is committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work with charitable organizations. In recognition of his leadership and impact, he was named one of Ottawa’s Forty Under 40 in 2008.

Eric lives in Ottawa, Canada with his wife and has two children in University. In his spare time Eric loves golfing and hiking in the summer and curling in the winter.
