Manual co-pack processes holding back growth
Many of Kinaxia’s co-pack functions were handled manually. Moving materials from the warehouse to the production floor was a manual process that added delays and downtime, and quoting, historical pricing and pallet label printing were also manual.
With growing complexity, demand volatility and changing channels, Kinaxia needed software with real data visibility that could roll out across multiple teams as the business grew.
