Jason Tham - CEO

Jason is a co-founder, CEO and brand ambassador for Nulogy. He is focused on corporate development, executive leadership, and understanding the evolving landscape of Nulogy’s clients. He is also on Nulogy’s board and speaks throughout the industry on the agile supply chain.

Jason's Bio

Jason draws from his experience in the continuous improvement and packaging groups at Kellogg’s highly automated production facility, and in R&D, manufacturing and quality at Magna International. Jason graduated with a BSc (Hons) with a Management Sciences option from the University of Waterloo.

Jason Yuen - CTO

As a co-founder and leader of the engineering division at Nulogy, Jason oversees all software development and quality assurance activities at Nulogy. He also is primarily responsible for ensuring Nulogy’s cloud infrastructure is of the highest calibre.

Jason's Bio

Jason draws on a deep background in enterprise software engineering with telecom companies such as Nortel, Airlink, Ericsson, and Redknee. Jason has a MEng from the University of Toronto, and a BASc (Hons) from the University of Waterloo.

Ghazala Parvez - CFO

Ghazala is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience managing and growing high performing technology companies. She has extensive experience working with public and private companies of all sizes in finance and accounting, international tax compliance, business operations and risk management.

Ghazal's Bio

Before Nulogy, Ghazala held senior finance positions at Intelex Technologies, Adenyo, Lavalife, SNC-Lavalin and BCE Emergis. Ghazala is a CPA, CA with a degree in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from the University of Toronto. She is also a volunteer Board Member and Treasurer at the Daily Bread Food Bank.

Tom Perrone - VP of Customer Success

With more than 20 years in the Supply Chain Software industry, Tom Perrone has led the development and delivery of transformational software in Transportation Management, Demand Planning, S&OP, Manufacturing Planning, and Platform/Integration.

Tom's Bio

Tom has held global leadership roles in Customer Support, Professional Services and most-notably in Software R&D at innovative companies like InterTrans, i2 and JDA. He is also active in many charities and a board member of several non-profit organizations in the Greater Toronto Area.

Doug Metcalfe - VP of Sales

Doug brings more than 20 years of experience helping companies leverage technology to enable best practices and optimize their supply chain networks including network design, global trade management, supplier collaboration, warehouse management and transportation management.

Doug's Bio

Prior to Nulogy, Doug has held leadership and executive positions at companies such as i2, Nulogx, Dematic, and Aptean. Doug's expertise in operational best practices has transformed software companies into high performing organizations, and has built highly effective sales organizations. Doug is a lifelong learner and holds an Economics degree from Western University.

Kevin Wong - COO

As a co-founder and leader of product strategy at Nulogy, Kevin brings a background in the full cycle of software development and consulting. Prior Nulogy, Kevin performed strategic planning and program management at Microsoft for their next-generation enterprise television services.

Kevin's Bio

Kevin has worked in software development and consulting at Ericsson and two Deloitte Fast 50 companies. Kevin has a BASc (Hons) from the University of Waterloo, and enjoys educating youth with technology through the CUTC Foundation and Charity CHAMPS, both of which he co-founded.

Sean Kirby - Chief Architect

Sean is part of the founding team, and applies an exceptional grasp of computer science and software architecture principles to ensure the solutions developed at Nulogy are fast, flexible, and reliable. His technical leadership drives the continuous improvement and quality of Nulogy’s products and technology.

Sean's Bio

Sean graduated at the top of his class at the University of Waterloo in one of Canada’s most competitive engineering programs. He enjoys bringing a broad systems perspective to problems, drawing on experience from the software, telecom, automotive, and medical research industries.

Maria Cartagena - VP of People Ops

Maria Cartagena is the Vice President, People Operations at Nulogy where she is responsible for the overall people strategy, including cultivating a culture that is performance-driven and people-focused while being scalable to enable Nulogy’s high growth plans.

Maria's Bio

Maria has over 15 years of experience, and has held VP of Human Resources roles at ScribbleLive and IntelliResponse Systems Inc. Her strengths lie in her ability to identify exceptional talent and provide them with an environment of recognition and purpose. She is passionate about driving connected cultures to productive, high performance teams.

Bally Boodram - Director of Marketing

Bally oversees Nulogy’s marketing function. Always process driven, Bally is responsible for developing a flexible and agile marketing team that is focused on measureable results that drives sales and builds strong brand presence in the markets Nulogy serves.

Bally's Bio

Bally has worked in and lead marketing and product teams for over 20 years at startups and multi-billion dollar companies including PROPHIX Software, Metter-Toledo, Thermo-Fisher, PointClickCare, and JD Edwards/Numetrix. Bally has a passion for technology, software, and growing businesses and is a graduate from the University of Toronto's Mechanical Engineering program.

Mehran Malek - VP of Professional Services

Mehran is committed to making sure Nulogy’s smart, friendly, customer-focused team delivers the industry's highest level of service, from business analysis and consulting, to global support and integration services, to deployment and training.

Mehran's Bio

Prior to joining Nulogy, Mehran managed complex technology projects for leading providers of IP communications. At these companies he oversaw all aspects of product delivery from requirements gathering, to solution development, to testing and deployment. Mehran has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and graduated from Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
