One of the biggest ‘Agility in Everything’ transformations that I see occurring right now in Product Development is moving towards Continuous Delivery, an approach to writing software in short cycles allowing for reliable release at any moment. Several of our products are already there.
As a former Nulogy customer, I was always intrigued by the regular enhancements being made to the platform based on customer feedback. When I joined Nulogy, I witnessed firsthand how improvement in practice was implemented in every step of the process—whether it was re-strategizing our roadmap based on market signals, adapting to customer requirements, or supporting internal teams by further enhancing our tech stacks and workflows.
At Nulogy, I’ve discovered an incredible sense of unity, where people are genuinely eager to collaborate, even when the solution doesn’t directly benefit their own teams. There’s a beautiful shared commitment to a common goal, and everyone is driven to help each other succeed. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by people who truly care about making the job easier for our customers and for others internally.

Before joining Nulogy, I worked in teams and organizations where politics created an environment of mistrust, and in general, fostered a negative work culture. After joining Nulogy in 2022, I was happily amazed by the way every Nulogite works. There is 0% politics and managers are perfect mentors and guides who treat every team member equally. I am recognized for the work I do and by the way I conduct myself—and thus, no room for any bullshit. Joining Nulogy has been the best decision for my happiness, my career and overall ME.
I joined Nulogy in a fully remote capacity, so I never had the chance to experience the in-office culture that many longtime Nulogites raved about. Despite that, I’ve built strong relationships that transcend the workplace. I value how I can talk to my colleagues about anything—whether it’s a trashy TV show we both watch, advice on upgrading my credit card, or wedding planning tips. I appreciate how much we care for one another. Whenever there’s even a slight dip in my energy, without fail, I receive messages from colleagues checking in to see if I’m okay.
