As Chief Financial Officer, Marie Montgomery is responsible for the financial management of Nulogy with a strategic focus on growth and maximizing value. With over 20 years of experience in public and private equity-backed companies, she drives success through strong financial planning, insightful analysis, and building efficient teams and partnerships.
Prior to Nulogy, Marie spent 8 years at Harver, leading and scaling operations through a period of significant growth and transformation. Previous experience includes a combined 15 years with IHS Markit and Omnicom Group in both finance and customer facing roles.
Marie holds a BS from the University of Louisiana Monroe and lives in Dallas.
