Nulogy Shares Update on Settlement of Legal Dispute

Toronto, ON – Feb 19, 2025 – Nulogy, a leading provider of supply chain collaboration solutions, today announced that it has resolved its legal disputes with Menasha Packaging Company LLC, Menasha Corporation, Deloitte LLP, and Deloitte Consulting LLP.

On July 7, 2020, Nulogy filed a Statement of Claim, later amended on March 1, 2021, in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Court File No. CV-20-00643534). On March 1, 2021, Nulogy initiated legal proceedings in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Case No. 21-cv-01164) regarding related matters.

The parties had a dispute over software agreements and the associated software and the dispute was amicably resolved to each party’s satisfaction.
