Jason Tham - CEO

Jason is a co-founder, CEO and brand ambassador for Nulogy. He is focused on corporate development, executive leadership, and understanding the evolving landscape of Nulogy’s clients. He is also on Nulogy’s board and speaks throughout the industry on the agile supply chain.

Jason's Bio

Jason draws from his experience in the continuous improvement and packaging groups at Kellogg’s highly automated production facility, and in R&D, manufacturing and quality at Magna International. Jason graduated with a BSc (Hons) with a Management Sciences option from the University of Waterloo.

Jason Yuen - CTO

As a co-founder and leader of the engineering division at Nulogy, Jason oversees all software development and quality assurance activities at Nulogy. He also is primarily responsible for ensuring Nulogy’s cloud infrastructure is of the highest calibre.

Jason's Bio

Jason draws on a deep background in enterprise software engineering with telecom companies such as Nortel, Airlink, Ericsson, and Redknee. Jason has a MEng from the University of Toronto, and a BASc (Hons) from the University of Waterloo.

Ghazala Parvez - CFO

Ghazala is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience managing and growing high performing technology companies. She has extensive experience working with public and private companies of all sizes in finance and accounting, international tax compliance, business operations and risk management.

Ghazala's Bio

Before Nulogy, Ghazala held senior finance positions at Intelex Technologies, Adenyo, Lavalife, SNC-Lavalin and BCE Emergis. Ghazala is a CPA, CA with a degree in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from the University of Toronto. She is also a volunteer Board Member and Treasurer at the Daily Bread Food Bank.

Tai Toh - VP of Product

As the head of product at Nulogy, Tai is responsible for product strategy, roadmap and design, ensuring Nulogy continues to deliver innovative software solutions that solve some of the most challenging problems within the global supply chain.

Tai's Bio

Prior to joining Nulogy, Tai was a founding team member at Rakuten-Kobo serving as their VP of Product and Design, and has built a career on bringing breakthrough design thinking and agile product management leadership to global organizations.

Raj Mistry - VP of Global Sales

As head of global sales, Raj is responsible for Nulogy's go-to-market execution. He leads the sales team and works directly with Nulogy's customers to uncover and respond to the challenges they face.

Raj's Bio

Raj has spent his career in the software industry, holding leadership roles at MicroStrategy, IBM, and Varicent Software. He has held leadership roles from sales to professional services, giving him the opportunity to contribute to a complete customer journey.

Dr. K. Donald Tham - Board Director, Co-Founder

As Nulogy’s Board Director, Dr. Tham is responsible for advising and guiding the strategic direction of the company. In this capacity, he brings more than three decades of experience in industrial engineering for multinational corporations such as IBM, Bombardier, Kraft, and Mars.

Dr. Tham's Bio

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Dr. Tham is also an experienced educator. He is the Emeritus Professor and Internship Program Coordinator at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Kevin Wong - COO

Since co-founding Nulogy, Kevin has been a driving force behind the strategy and execution of the business across disciplines. Prior to Nulogy, Kevin performed strategic planning and program management at Microsoft for their next-generation enterprise television services.

Kevin's Bio

Kevin has worked in software development and consulting at Ericsson and two Deloitte Fast 50 companies. Kevin has a BASc (Hons) from the University of Waterloo, and serves on the board of technology and media organizations like the CUTC Foundation and Hot Docs.

Sean Kirby - Chief Architect

Sean is part of the founding team, and applies an exceptional grasp of computer science and software architecture principles to ensure the solutions developed at Nulogy are fast, flexible, and reliable. His technical leadership drives the continuous improvement and quality of Nulogy’s products and technology.

Sean's Bio

Sean graduated at the top of his class at the University of Waterloo in one of Canada’s most competitive engineering programs. He enjoys bringing a broad systems perspective to problems, drawing on experience from the software, telecom, automotive, and medical research industries.

Josephine Coombe - CMO

As CMO at Nulogy, Josephine is responsible for leading the marketing team, expanding Nulogy’s brand reach globally, and managing relationships with strategic partners, media and industry analysts.

Josephine's Bio

Prior to Nulogy, Josephine held senior executive roles with companies such as Bullfrog Power, NRX, and Sitraka Software. An avid equestrian and musician, Josephine holds a BA and MA from the University of Toronto and an ARCT from the Royal Conservatory of Music.

Mehran Malek - VP of Client Services

As VP of Client Services, Mehran is committed to ensuring that Nulogy delivers value to customers at every touch point, from implementation all the way through to maturity in the customer lifecycle.

Mehran's Bio

Prior to joining Nulogy, Mehran managed complex technology projects for leading providers of IP communications. At these companies he oversaw all aspects of product delivery from requirements gathering, to solution development, to testing and deployment. Mehran has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and graduated from Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.

Meha Varier - VP of Marketing

As VP of Marketing, Meha is responsible for leading a team of talented marketers in the areas of demand generation, product marketing, and thought leadership strategies.

Meha's Bio

Prior to Nulogy, Meha worked at various fast-paced, high-growth Canadian companies such as Benevity, OpenText and autoTRADER. She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from India.
