Jason Tham - CEO
Jason is a co-founder, CEO and brand ambassador for Nulogy. He is focused on corporate development, executive leadership, and understanding the evolving landscape of Nulogy’s clients. He is also on Nulogy’s board and is a frequently-requested speaker at industry events.
For more than a decade, Jason has led industry thought leadership with speaking engagements for the Contract Packaging Association, the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), among many others.
Jason draws from his experience in continuous improvement and packaging at Kellogg’s highly automated production facility, and in R&D, manufacturing and quality at Magna International. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) with a Management Sciences option from the University of Waterloo.
Jason Yuen - VP of Strategic Accounts & Initiatives
Jason is a co-founder and previously led the engineering division at Nulogy. He draws from this experience to provide direction, strategy and execution support for key customers and initiatives, both internally and externally.
Jason draws on a deep background in enterprise software engineering with telecom companies such as Nortel, Airlink, Ericsson, and Redknee. Jason has a MEng from the University of Toronto, and a BASc (Hons) from the University of Waterloo.
Patrick Fetterman - CMO
As CMO at Nulogy, Patrick is responsible for heading up the marketing, brand, and demand generation strategy.
A native of Detroit who has worked on both coasts, Patrick has more than 30 years experience in marketing and product management for enterprise technology, including 15 years in manufacturing ERP, manufacturing execution systems, supply chain technology, quality management systems, and industrial analytics. His roles have included VP of Solutions & Industry Marketing at QAD, VP of Marketing at Sight Machine, VP Marketing and Product Management at Plex Systems, and VP Marketing at Mi8 Corp.
Josephine Coombe - Chief Commercial Officer, Europe
As Chief Commercial Officer, Europe, Josephine is responsible for the growth of Nulogy's brand and market presence in the UK and Europe. Josephine oversees European business development and marketing efforts, working closely with clients and strategic partners in the region.
Prior to Nulogy, Josephine held senior executive roles with companies such as Bullfrog Power, NRX, and Sitraka Software. An avid equestrian and musician, Josephine holds a BA and MA from the University of Toronto and an ARCT from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
Michael King - Customer Experience Officer
As Customer Experience Officer, Michael King is responsible for driving enhancements to the Nulogy customer experience across all touch points: from how Nulogy solutions are implemented and used, to long-term contributions to customer success.
Michael’s previous role was as Director with the Technology Solutions group at MNP, a leading national Canadian consultancy. Previously, King served in multiple roles for over a decade at IndustryBuilt Software. Michael holds an Engineering degree from McMaster University.
Paul Statchuk - VP of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Paul oversees Nulogy's go-to-market strategy and execution. Paul is also responsible for ensuring Nulogy's customers achieve their desired outcomes while successfully leveraging Nulogy's solutions to run their operations more efficiently.
Paul has spent the majority of his career in software, primarily within supply chain. Prior to joining Nulogy, Paul spent 4 years with Solarsoft (acquired by Epicor) focused in the automotive industry. A Nulogite since 2013, Paul has a passion for supply chain, having held various positions with the F4SS, and is currently an active member of the CPA's Annual Meeting & Industry Events Committees.
While not at work, Paul can be found in the hockey arena coaching Tyke Hockey, or on the slopes skiing with his wife and two children. Paul has completed more than 80 marathons all over the world, and played golf competitively for the Vikes while attending the University of Victoria.
Christine Barnhart - Vice President, Product Marketing and Go-To-Market
As VP, Product Marketing and Go-To-Market, Christine focuses on Nulogy’s new product initiatives, working closely with the company’s product, marketing, and sales teams.
Christine’s previous roles include Vice President, Product Strategy and Go-To-Market at Verusen and Senior Director of Product and Industry Market Strategy for Infor. Christine holds a BSEE from the University of Evansville and an MBA from the University of Louisville. She is also an APICS-certified professional in Inventory and Production Management (CPIM).
Kevin Wong - CPO
Since co-founding Nulogy, Kevin has been a driving force behind the strategy and execution of the business across disciplines. Prior to Nulogy, Kevin performed strategic planning and program management at Microsoft for their next-generation enterprise television services.
Kevin is the Chief Product Officer and a co-founder of Nulogy. In this role he has been a driving force behind the product vision and strategy for the business. Prior to Nulogy, Kevin worked in enterprise software at Microsoft and a high-growth CRM company.
Kevin has a Systems Design Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, lives in Riverdale with his wife and two sons and enjoys serving on the board of Hot Docs and the CUTC Foundation.
Sean Kirby - Chief Architect
Sean is a co-founder and applies an exceptional grasp of computer science and software architecture principles to ensure the solutions developed at Nulogy are fast, flexible, and reliable. His technical leadership drives the continuous improvement and quality of Nulogy’s products and technology.
Sean graduated at the top of his class at the University of Waterloo in one of Canada’s most competitive engineering programs. He enjoys bringing a broad systems perspective to problems, drawing on experience from the software, telecom, automotive, and medical research industries.
Sanjay Dhawan - CFO
In addition to the finance function, Sanjay drives Nulogy’s capital market relationships, acquisition, and partnership strategy.
His mandate envelope’s the drive to global scalability and growth whilst maximizing shareholder value. Sanjay has spent his career in corporate finance and investment banking, as well as in private equity backed companies; with a focus on disrupting existing marketplaces in fintech, CPG and other industries.
Chris Castle - VP of Product
As VP of Product at Nulogy, Chris is responsible for product strategy, product execution, and the Nulogy product roadmap. Chris and the Product team are responsible for delivering value to Nulogy's customers through the continuous delivery of innovative software solutions.
Prior to joining Nulogy, Chris held product leadership roles at companies such as Blueprint Systems and AudienceView. Prior to entering the world of technology and product management, Chris spent the first 10 years of his career working in marketing in the not-for-profit performing arts sector. Chris holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto.
Andreas Thung - VP of Enterprise Accounts, Program Management and PMO
As head of Client Services, Andreas is accountable to instill a One-Team mindset to ensure the joint success of Nulogy’s customers, partners and members. Andreas is supported by the Enterprise Account Management, Professional Services and Global Support team members.
Andreas is a builder and operator with P&L management experience and expertise in business development, program delivery and managed services related to business and digital transformation initiatives. Andreas sold complex multi-year IT deals and delivered $20M+ programs and managed services for multiple clients. As a Business Transformation and IT professional, Andreas has hands-on experience in developing and implementing long term strategies for clients in multiple industries.
Andreas has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA degree from Schulich School of Business.
Mark Frederiksen - VP of Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Mark leads the team that brings the Nulogy Platform from concept to reality. He is responsible for delivering cutting-edge innovation while driving industry leading application performance, quality and security.
WIth over 20 years software industry experience, Mark has held executive leadership positions at multiple growth stage companies including Field ID and Unata. He specializes in rapidly growing engineering teams with a focus on structure, culture and mastery. Before taking on leadership roles, Mark has served in a wide variety of engineering roles from development to system and network operations.
Dr. K. Donald Tham - Board Director, Co-Founder
As Nulogy’s Board Director, Dr. Tham is responsible for advising and guiding the strategic direction of the company. In this capacity, he brings more than three decades of experience in industrial engineering for multinational corporations such as IBM, Bombardier, Kraft, and Mars.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Dr. Tham is also an experienced educator. He is the Emeritus Professor and Internship Program Coordinator at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
