Earlier this week, we at Nulogy announced our first appearance in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multienterprise Supply Chain Business Networks. It is a great honour to be recognized as one of the top vendors globally in the category, and follows our momentum from being recognized in Quadrant Solutions’ SPARK Matrix Report for MESCBNs earlier this year. These milestones wouldn’t have been made possible without the dedication and effort of the entire team at Nulogy, as well as the amazing customers we work with every day.
At Nulogy, we have always prided ourselves on “hyper-specialization”—that is, devoting our knowledge, experience, and expertise to a single category within the vast industry that is supply chain. This year, we entered the Gartner Magic Quadrant as a Niche Player, which on the surface describes the role Nulogy plays within the category. But we believe our capabilities—and the potential for growth because of them—are much more than that.
The world of consumer goods manufacturing is vast, and as we all know, the role of outsourced packaging and manufacturing within consumer goods supply chains is growing in importance and scale—especially due to the volatility of the last two years. Co-packers, contract manufacturers, and raw material/packaging suppliers are increasingly becoming partners of strategic importance to the world’s most successful brands, including many that we work with and are privileged to count as customers and partners.
Nulogy has been hyper-focused on enabling these upstream supply ecosystems to be as efficient, agile, and collaborative as they can possibly be—and judging by the success of our customers, our years of work are paying off. While we are proud to be one of only 13 companies named to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for MESCBNs, what we feel is more meaningful, is that 80% of the logistics Leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Third-Party Logistics Worldwide are powered on Nulogy’s platform! In addition, all of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods brands of the Gartner Global Supply Chain Top 25 for 2022 also run Nulogy in their networks. The success of our customers’ networks is further bolstered by the hundreds of co-packing facilities around the world that use Nulogy to digitally optimize their operations.
For Nulogy, our customers’ success equates to our own success. Our teams are tireless in continually reiterating, innovating, and upgrading our Multi-Enterprise Supply Chain Business Network Platform to deliver new value to users every day. We are also collaborating with current and new partners, such as OMP and Snowflake, to develop new ways of leveraging technology to make business operations faster, and business intelligence smarter.
In the Five-Stage Model for Logistics Excellence as defined by Gartner, the fourth and fifth steps of the journey to logistics excellence are Collaborative Planning and Ecosystem Orchestration within the value chain network. Our goal with Nulogy is to enable these supply ecosystems to capitalize on unique business opportunities through real-time visibility and dynamic collaboration. Not a simple or easy task, to be sure! These challenges aren’t easy to tackle, but for us at Nulogy, we were never interested in solving the simple problems.
On the contrary: solving deep, complex problems is what we pride ourselves on doing. And doing so requires specialists—dare I say, even “hyper-specialists.”
To that end, I am proud of Nulogy for being the only service provider in our category that delivers real-time visibility and dynamic collaboration to enable synchronized planning, execution and intelligence for agile, resilient, and efficient supply chains.
To be able to solve the problems of the world’s consumer goods supply chains that no one else can solve is something we take pride in: being a unique, excelling solution provider in the supply chain industry—rather than a generalist that is only average in a number of areas that other providers can offer.
Our recognition in the Gartner Magic Quadrant is a milestone of our progress and sophistication in solving the unique multi-enterprise supply chain problems, however the more important “win” for us is seeing our customers being recognized as supply chain leaders in their respective categories. It is our ongoing mission to provide our customers with the hyper-specialized products and services they need to further optimize and enable true collaboration and synchronization in their external supply chains.
I look forward to the coming years of progress at Nulogy, the innovation we will unlock with our partners and customers, and the evolution of supply chain through technology. I hope you will continue to join us on this journey!
