Kinaxia Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in the UK, capable of processing thirty million seasonal gift packs per year in its 100,000 sq. ft facilities. With a goal to become the nation’s leading logistics provider, Kinaxia brought Nulogy’s software to its three sites to digitally enable the end-to-end contract packing workflow and improve planning, line efficiency and stock control.
Streamlined contract packing operations
Through Nulogy’s cloud-based software, Kinaxia modernised many functions in its co-pack department such as:
• Automated stock transfer requests, due to Nulogy’s seamless integration with Kinaxia’s WMS;
• Digitalised communication of production requirements to the production team; and
• Automated printing for bespoke SSCC pallet labels.
Improved communication within and beyond the organisation
Through Nulogy’s platform and customer support, Kinaxia can now train all its employees on a single system, developing skills that are transferable across multiple customer accounts and can be implemented within the Kinaxia group of companies.
Through its ease of use and onboarding, Nulogy also contributes value not just to the production team, but also to the warehouse and customer service teams.
